Introducing: PangeaPro Trips, Cape Town Meetups, NomadWeek and more
From crutching across 3 international borders, to hosting 30 people in beachfront castles for a braai, its been an EPIC month for Pangea.
February was another incredible month in the Nomadic Community, and we continue to watch as Pangea grows and adoption reaches new highs each week!

I unfortunately broke my foot last month, but thanks to a quick surgery, safari worthy crutches, and a lot of help from amazing friends, it didn't stop us from launching our first PangeaPro group trips or me from literally crutching across 3 international boarders in Botswana 🇧🇼, Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 and Zambia 🇿🇲.
Setbacks are bound to happen, but don't let them get in the way of your travel plans or dreams!
Introducing: The PangeaPro Community

We invited some of our top users to our inaugural PangeaPro Group Trips. We'll be rolling out PangeaPro slowly, on an invite only basis, to our top app users & their referrals. Perks will include access to certain features (like group trip planning), exclusive community events & early access to amazing group experiences.
Anyone who knows me well, knows I'm good at building & organizing incredible "un-bookable" experiences in off the beaten path locations. Like an Aperol Spritz Hot Tub Party on the Antarctic Ice Sheet, a 22 person Starlink enabled Safari Villa+ Camping in Botswana, or 3 adjacent Castles on a remote beach where 30 of us had a massive brai under the stars in South Africa.
Unforgettable places & expierences shared with incredible people is what PangeaPro is about - bringing together some of our most passionate users & supporters to share amazing memories around the world. We've got lots of ideas for more 2025 trips which we'll be sharing soon - but if you have anything in mind, let me know.

ICYMI – Latest App Updates 🚀
Last month, we rolled out some game-changing features to make connecting with fellow travelers even easier on iOS:
- See & Message Who’s Around – Instantly check who’s in your city or arriving soon, making it effortless to meet up with existing connections or new friends.
- More Powerful Map View – With the influx of new users, the explore map is more exciting than ever! Filter by dates, see friends/group programs, and drop a comment or message to join someone’s plans anywhere in the world.

And the best part? Even more exciting features are dropping this month! 👀
Stay tuned for these, and an Android upgrade (I'm sorry its taken so long, but we are one of the few platforms in the space to support both iOS and Android)

We got incredible feedback on the Group Chats that we setup in December and we've set up some new locations by request/for the places some of our most active users will be over the next few months. While the app is still the best way to see exactly who's around, WhatsApp is a great way to connect once you're in town and find things to do.
Connect with other Nomads in Pangea's Global WhatsApp Community!
We've been hard at work in February, and have one of our biggest releases yet dropping in a couple weeks with several amazing new features to make coordinating travel schedules, and organizing group travel plans with friends even easier.
I'll give you a shout when its ready!
As always, let me know if you have ideas for the app, want to partner with us, or find yourself in the same place as me and want to get together for a coffee or beer.
